Service Area

We currently ship to addresses within Northern NSW, South East Queensland, and Sydney metro. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please call us on 0498 627 282 before ordering.

Packaging & Handling

All bulk meat orders are vacuum-packed and frozen at our Coraki shop before dispatch. Orders are shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We dispatch orders on Monday and Tuesday each week to ensure meat arrives within the week. Estimated delivery times:

• Northern NSW: 1–2 business days
• South East Queensland: 2–3 business days
• Sydney metro: 2–3 business days

We'll be in touch when your order is on its way, and provide tracking details where our freight partner offers them.

Shipping Costs

Delivery is handled by our refrigerated freight partners (Cool Couriers from Brisbane). The cost depends on your freight zone and the total weight of your order — heavier orders use more cartons. When you enter your delivery address at checkout, we calculate freight automatically and show it in your order summary before payment. Choosing Click & Collect from our Coraki shop is always free.

Click & Collect

Free pickup is available from our Coraki shop at Shop 1/77 Richmond Tce, Coraki NSW 2471. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you when your order is ready.
