Help & ordering

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering bulk meat online — where our beef comes from, how delivery and cold-chain freight work, storage, and click & collect from our Coraki shop.

Where does your beef come from?

Our Angus cattle are raised on our own Norman Grove farm on the Clarence River, then butchered whole in-house at our Coraki shop. If we're in short supply we source premium beef from local beef farms near Coraki. Unlike supermarket meat, you know exactly which farm your beef came from.

How do I order?

Browse the shop, add bulk packs to your cart, and check out online. Payment is handled securely by card (and Apple Pay / Google Pay) via Square. You'll get an order confirmation by email.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Northern NSW, South East Queensland, and Sydney metro. Enter your delivery address at checkout — if your postcode is in our delivery area, you can choose delivery. If your postcode isn't listed yet, give us a call — we're expanding our delivery runs and will see if we can add your postcode to our service area.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery freight is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address. The cost depends on your location (freight zone) and the total weight of your order — you'll see a Delivery line in the order summary and the full total before you pay. Heavier bulk packs cost more to ship than lighter items. Click & collect from Coraki is always free.

Is the meat fresh or frozen?

Your order is freshly butchered, vacuum-packed, and snap-frozen at our Coraki shop before dispatch. Freezing locks in quality and keeps the meat at a safe temperature through the cold chain to your door.

How is it kept cold in transit?

Orders are sent in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs via refrigerated freight, so your meat arrives frozen and ready for the freezer.

How long does delivery take?

We often quote two week delivery timelines as we need to factor in carcass swinging time, butchering time and delivery times as each of these have a number of variables. Once the product is with our couriers, deliveries to Northern NSW typically arrive in 1–2 business days; South East Queensland and Sydney metro take 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

How should I store it, and how long does it last?

Keep everything frozen until you need it. Vacuum-packed, frozen cuts keep their quality for up to 12 months in a standard freezer. Thaw in the fridge and use within a few days once defrosted.

Can I collect from the shop instead?

Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready at Shop 1/77 Richmond Tce, Coraki. It's free and avoids freight costs.

Can I visit the shop?

Absolutely. We're at Shop 1/77 Richmond Tce, Coraki NSW 2471 — open Mon–Fri 8am–4:30pm. Come in for the full range over the counter.
