Our Beef Quarter packs feature premium Angus and Angus-cross cattle raised free-range on our family farm. Grazed on quality pastures and finished through our 120-day grain-finishing program, our cattle develop improved marbling, tenderness, and rich beef flavour that sets them apart from typical supermarket meat. Each beef quarter includes a balanced variety of steaks, roasts, mince, sausages, and slow-cooking cuts — professionally butchered and packed in-house through our whole-carcass butchery.
