We take pride in the quality of our meat and stand behind every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly packed, or if there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the affected products and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at 0498 627 282. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
