Our Story

Family Farm, Expert Butcher

Riverside Butchery is run by Duncan and David Ryan — a father-and-son team based out of Tunglebung, Northern NSW. What started as a passion for farming and honest meat has become a proper whole-carcass butcher shop right on the bank of the Richmond River in Coraki.

Our Angus cattle are raised on our Norman Grove farm, then brought to the shop and butchered whole in-house. That means you get a true paddock-to-plate experience — we know exactly where every cut comes from.

For lamb, pork and chicken, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with trusted local farmers across the Northern Rivers. Everything we sell is fresh, preservative-free and beautifully tender. No supermarket supply chain, no compromises.

We specialise in bulk meat — beef shares, whole and half lambs, pork, and curated variety boxes. Buying in bulk is the best-value way to eat quality meat, and we make it easy to order online and ship straight to your freezer across Northern NSW and South East Queensland.
